If you get a crash report on your Android device when using PocketSurvey it often means your device has run out of memory, so stopping all applications and rebooting your tablet or phone completely will often solve the issue.


However, after your device restarts you should also go through the following steps:


1. Choose the SUPPORT option from the menu.


2. Scroll down to the UTILITIES section.


3. Tap CLEAR CUSTOM LISTS.


4. Tap RESET DATA VIEWER DATA.


5. Tap CLEAR PAUSED STATUS.


Then exit the app and continue what you were doing.
