To speed up your surveying, you can export a ready-made list of buildings to your mobile device. This will save a lot of typing. Just follow the steps below.
Step 1. In the PS Data Manager top sheet, highlight the records that you wish to appear in the Visit List.
Note: You can select multiple records by holding the 'Ctrl' key down when you click on them.
Step 2. Click the EXPORT VISIT LIST option on the PS Data Manager sidebar.
Step 3. A preview of the list will appear in PS Data Doctor. Check it to make sure this is what needs to be sent to the handheld. If it is NOT correct, then exit Data Doctor and start again from step 1.
Step 4. Exit PS Data Doctor then click the CLOUD icon in the Data Manager top toolbar and select SEND FILES from the list. PS Cloud Monitor will appear and show a list of mobile devices.
Note: Sending the same Visit List to multiple users is not recommended if you want to avoid having the same building surveyed multiple times.
Step 5. In PS Cloud Monitor, click the SEND button.
When your mobile users are ready, they can receive the Visit List by selecting CLOUD > RECEIVE in the PS Mobile App.
