If you want to re-survey form data already collected and imported into PS Data Manager, you need to follow some special steps listed below.


Step 1. In PS Data Manager, highlight the Records in the top sheet of the database that you want to send back to the mobile device.


Step 2. From the top menu select EXPORT > DATA - SELECTED.


A dialog will appear to ask if you also want to create a visit list.


Step 3a. If you also want to create a Visit List click the 'YES' button, a list of selected Record IDs will appear. Check that the visit list is correct and click the 'Exit' button.


Step 3b. Otherwise, click the 'NO' button to keep the existing Visit List.


Step 4. Click the 'Cloud' button and select 'Send Files'. A dialog will appear.


Step 5. Check that the 'Include re-survey data' tickbox is ticked. If the button was not ticked then something went wrong and you will need to start again from step 1.


Step 6. Tick the user who is to receive the data then click 'Send'.


Step 7. Tell the user to select 'Cloud > Receive' on their mobile device.


*IMPORTANT*


To avoid getting duplicates when the data is received back into Data Manager make sure you do the following:


1. In Data Manager: select CLOUD > RECIEVE as normal. A dialog will appear.


2. DO NOT MERGE with existing data. Cancel the dialog.


3 Click the IMPORT button and select OVERWRITE.
