If you need to change user details on one of your mobile devices then, from your device, do the following steps.
Step 1. Use the SETTINGS menu option to fill in your name, email, phone and organisation details.
Step 2. Use the LICENCE menu options and then choose REQUEST LICENCE.
We will then amend the details at our end and issue a new licence. You will be notified when it is ready
Note: If the new user is to use a different mobile device, then you will need to tell us which user they are to replace so that we can revoke the previous user's licence.
