To resize your company and trade logos that appear on your reports follow the steps below.

Note: The steps in this guide are also applicable to both Company Logos or Trade Logos that appear on your reports.

Step 1. From the left sidebar menu click on the SETTINGS drop-down menu and select SETTINGS EDITOR.

Step 2. Choose the GLOBAL REPORT SETTINGS group, open it up to see the USER VARIABLES section, and then select the REPORT FIELD item to view all options.

Note: Before proceeding, keep in mind that resizing the images within the Settings Editor does not automatically scale the images. The height and width must be proportional to the original size. If necessary, edit the source photo for the desired dimensions.

Step 3. Look for the LOGO WIDTH options. In the middle pane click on the VALUE 1 filed and change it to the new value.

Step 4. Repeat step 3 for the LOGO HEIGHT option.

Step 5. On the bottom corner of the screen, click SAVE and then CLOSE.

Note: The next step is simply for previewing a report with your resized Logo on your report.

Step 6. In Data Manager on the left sidebar, click on Custom Reports and select from the available options to create a report and follow the prompts.

Step 7. While Microsoft Word is loading the report, you will get a screen prompt where you will simply click "Yes".

If your Logo shows as too large or too small, you need to go back through the steps and try again until you get the size correct to your liking. Be sure to close all open reports to avoid conflicts before doing so.
