Sometimes you may still have sample survey templates on your device rather than the one you have purchased. If so, follow the steps below.
On Your Mobile Devices
1. On your mobile devices, hold and press on each sample survey template that's listed on the SURVEYS page.
2. A popup menu will appear and you should now select DELETE to remove the trial survey template and all its data.
3. The SURVEYS page on your mobile devices should now be blank.
IMPORTANT! This will wipe any data you have already collected, so only do this if you have NOT carried out any real surveys. If you have data you wish to keep you should get in touch with us immediately.
On Your Desktop
4. Now, to get your purchased survey template onto your mobile device, you need to start your desktop software (PS Data Manager) that should have already been installed on your PC.
5. After you have opened your survey template in the desktop PS Data Manager software, you should use the CLOUD > SEND FILES option to send your survey template to your selected mobile devices.
On Your Mobile Devices
6. Finally, on your mobile devices tap CLOUD > RECEIVE, and your purchased survey template will appear on the SURVEYS page in the mobile app.
