You will need to remove all line breaks in any spreadsheets if you want to use them with PocketSurvey.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not make this obvious or easy to do!

However, you can remove line breaks by using find and replace in Excel, and following the steps below.

1. Highlight the whole sheet, press Ctrl + H to bring the find and replace screen up,

2. Then press Ctrl + J in the find field (This will insert a dot that is in fact the line break character).

3. Put a space in the replace field and click Replace All.
