Remove Custom Lists From Your Mobile Device
Custom lists can build up your mobile device, so to clear them all, you choose SUPPORT > CLEAR CUSTOM MENU LISTS, and choose the appropriate survey template.
You can also remove individual entries by long pressing on the item in the list and choose YES.
